Privacy Policy
Cambiante MCP helps signed-in workspaces create, review, schedule, publish, and measure approved social content. We process only the information needed to provide those functions.
Information We Process
- Sign-in information such as email address and tenant identifier.
- Social platform authorization tokens, profile and Page identifiers, account metadata, and administrator roles required to provide authorized account access.
- Post content, schedules, media attachments, statuses, review comments, and publishing logs.
- Post and account performance data made available by the connected social platform, including impressions and engagement metrics.
- Operational logs used to diagnose OAuth, MCP, publishing, quota, and billing failures.
How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and keep each tenant's data separate.
- To store drafts for review and publish only approved or explicitly requested content.
- To retrieve and display authorized post and account analytics.
- To enforce usage limits, subscription state, and abuse-prevention controls.
- To monitor reliability and support user requests.
Sharing
We send content and media to the selected social platform only when publishing is approved or explicitly requested. We use AWS infrastructure for hosting, storage, authentication, and logging. We do not sell personal data or use social platform data for advertising, audience profiling, or unrelated sales activity.
Security
Access is authorized through OAuth. Social platform tokens are encrypted at rest with AWS KMS, tenant data is logically isolated, and administrative operations are access controlled and logged.
Retention and Controls
We retain information only while it is needed to provide the service, maintain security, satisfy legal obligations, or support legitimate operational records. You can request access or deletion through our data deletion instructions or support page. If LinkedIn or another connected provider requires deletion of data obtained through its APIs, we will securely remove that provider data from our active systems and handle retained copies according to the provider's requirements and applicable law.
