Terms of Service
These terms apply to use of Cambiante MCP, including the public MCP directory, tenant portal, ChatGPT connector, API, and social publishing tools.
Use of the Service
- You are responsible for the content, media, schedules, approvals, and publishing instructions submitted through your tenant workspace.
- You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any connected social account, page, channel, post content, or media asset.
- You must not use the service for spam, deceptive content, platform policy violations, illegal activity, or unauthorized account access.
Social Platform Connections
Cambiante MCP uses provider OAuth where supported. We do not ask for social passwords. Publishing depends on each provider's API availability, permissions, rate limits, review status, and platform policies.
Approvals and Publishing
Drafts may be created from ChatGPT or the portal. Content is published only when approved, scheduled, or explicitly requested by an authorized tenant user using an available MCP tool or portal control.
Subscriptions and Limits
Initial free usage is limited to 3 lifetime posts. Paid or internal tenants can publish within the configured limits, currently 3 posts per day and 60 posts per month unless a different tenant limit is assigned.
Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Publishing may fail because of expired OAuth tokens, social platform outages, quota limits, validation errors, or payment status.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product, provider APIs, billing model, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
